Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of EliteWorks San Tan Valley Sunrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
EliteWorks San Tan Valley Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor living construction services. All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or changes to project scope. We will notify you of any significant pricing changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments due at specified milestones and final payment due upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates only and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Warranties
Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period specified in your project contract. Materials may carry manufacturer warranties, which we will provide documentation for. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining any necessary HOA approvals, ensuring access to the work area, and maintaining a safe environment for our crew. You must notify us immediately of any concerns during the project. Pets should be secured during installation periods.
Limitation of Liability
EliteWorks San Tan Valley Sunrooms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Permits and Compliance
We will obtain necessary building permits for your project as part of our service. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any HOA rules or deed restrictions. We build to current building codes and industry standards but are not responsible for bringing existing structures up to code unless specifically contracted to do so.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
